I have found out which areas in training affect which attributes. (Please correct me if I am wrong about any of these.)
Strength; Natural Fitness, Stamina, Strength, Work Rate
Aerobic; Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Jumping, Pace, Reflexes
Goalkeeping; Aerial Ability, Handling, Kicking, One On Ones, Throwing
Tactics; Anticipation, Command Of Area, Decisions, Off The Ball ,Positioning, Teamwork
Ball Control; Dribbling, First Touch, Flair, Heading, Technique
Defending; Concentration, Marking,Tackling
Attacking; Creativity, Passing
Shooting; Composure, Finishing, Long Shots
Set Pieces; Crossing, Corners, Free Kicks, Long Throws, Penalty Taking
Which leaves 4 gk attributes and 4 mental attributes which are.
Communication
Eccentricity
Rushing Out
Tendency To Punch
Aggression
Bravery
Determination
Influence
Can you train any of these? If so under which training section?
Also does traing improve the players ability to use there weaker foot? If so under which training section?
