My first purpose was to create a solid tactic for lower teams, as i enjoy managing them and not taking the easy path(taking barcha or arsenal).I think that any tactic can work with the big teams except the 1-1-8 .So managing a lower team would be a good test for my creation...Lets analyze the tactic...
First of all this tac is based on your midfield players so to clear things up, it ll be good to have md's with good passing-creativity-desisions stats.Below is the tac overview:
I wanted my team to have the possession during the game and create many chances in front of the opponent gk.In addition i wanted my team to be solid at the back and preventing the opponet to create many chances.I m a big fan of short passes and general domination in the game.To achieve tall these i set the width to narrow in order the defenders not to leave to many spaces for the opposite attackers and also my midfields to find each other easily with the sort passing style.I set the tempo to slow in order not to be rushed in quick decisions that can be vital in a game.I also set the distribution for the gk to defender collect to make sure that i ll always have the ball after a goal kick.Here are the team instructions:
Iliked how the AMC'S could so easily broke the opposite defensive line and create many chances for goals.Needless to say that i was amazed at the way that my team performed both in the front and back.Here are some results i had with an average greek division2 team:

Not such a good result but my opponent striked lucky as from the 5 shots on target the 4 were in
2 match ratings&match stats:
Thats the point of this tac: creating goals and not conceding.Look at the possesion and the opponent chances to score...
3 match stats&ratings:
Again a good posses game(for an away match) and a bunch of goals :p
4 match ratings&stats:
That was a hard test as Giannena is 1 of the best teams in my division.The result was good and again i didnt conceded a goal
I havent tried this tac with the big teams yet but im 90% sure that will work too.

Hey surrer... Must say its a great tactic and your right im not conceeding so many goals.. Have played 14 games now after i changed to this your tactic and i only lost the first game to portsmouth (my players should get use to this tactic i think) because after that it have been a monster tactic... just played juventus away in the champions league and won 0-3 and they have only 4 shot on target ( i will post the game and my fixtures in a minute so you can see what a great tactic you made .... Thanls m8 thats a top dollar tactic and i will report back when i have played more games....

Hey just forgot... I have tried with 2 more defensiv players on the 2 centre midt places when you play away and 2 offensiv players at home it seems to works for me becouse when you play away with 2 offensiv players in the middle your oppenent have more possesion.. in my situation im playing hargreaves and carrick in away games and van der vaart and anderson in my home games it works brilliant to me but i dont now if its just me.. have you tried it or are you having the same starting 11 every game
