I apologize for posting this before actually reading through the posts to see if there are any threads that would answer my question, but, I am sort of in a hurry for the answer.

I am having trouble when I go to transform something. My goal is to rotate it by moving the centrum to the center of my image, however when I try to move the centrum it drags the entire layer image. I hope that makes sense. Basically what I have is a document that 1500 x 1500 @ 300 dpi. I am trying to create a line that is anywhere from 1 - 10 pixels in height and (XX) in length; XX being undertermined. Anyway, if i create anything of substantial size, I can easily find and move the centrum, but on this line I can only find the centrum and cannot move it. If somebody can help me understand why, I would greatly appreciate it.
