But my defense is terrible... i've been watching my defense in real time speed and they make mistakes non-stop!!!

Every goal the commentator says: "Its <NAME> dwelling on ball.," or whatever ... no mather what I try they are terrible. How do you make amateur defender to at least play decent. Dont have to be Puyol style just normal. Like hoof the ball into stands when in danger or stay back against fast defenders?

Please... im trailing at half time now again... I really need help

You gotta be kinddin' me ... seriously... i know my team is a recently promoted team and the worst in the league but this:

is just unrealistic. Tried everything from 10-0-0 formation to 0-0-10

Try setting your defenders' mentalility to defensive and don't tick 'forward run'. If you make one of your center midfield help out your defense by doing the same.
Bear in mind that constant changing of tactics will actually ruin your team because your team needs time to adjust to the tactics. Play a few friendlies against your reserve to help them get use to the tactics while it will also your team morale if you win the friendlies.

Thanks... tried that though allready and didnt seem to work. The fullback still run up forward no mather what i tell them
