I've been doing really well with my Derry City team and I've finally started to get them performing to an acceptable level. However as of late my squad of players just seem to have gone postal and naturally results have suffered. In the last three games alone I've had a total of six players red carded for pushing, kicking, cynical fouls - everything but the kitchen sink. I keep docking them pay and they always say sorry but they just don't seem to listen. I've tried to counteract this by placing all me players on easy tackling but there still picking up card after card, they just can't seem to help themselves. I'm now top of the red card list with 12 sendings off with a third of the season left. All 12 of these reds happend in the middle third of the season.
The problems started when I was 10 points clear at the top of the league and things kept getting worse, I'm now in third place and 10 points behind the leaders.
If they keep this up the club wil be court for assualt charges and danger to society warning tags!!!!
Sorry for the double post but maybe I should have mentioned that I'm looking for as much help with this as I can get. If I can't find a solution my European hopes will be out the window
