I personally think you've gone too far with this one.
I really believe that you can glamorize an image (like some people want to call it), without making it look fake or over the top and I think that's what makes most professional (and successful) retouchers stand out from the rest.
A lot has to do with ?what you need to leave out? and not ?what you have to put in?.
Again, this is all just a personal opinion julievive
