Dos Santos yes. Fernandez no.

Although he's great (Matias I mean), you have Nasri in the AMC position who's just as good and Dos Santos in better than Fernandez on the left wing. If you want him, they offload Hleb. You'll have to play someone out of position though on the right wing.
