Im playing a long term career with newcastle and i was curious of those that have went into far future like 2020, do you buy your regens or do your train your own regens?

Is there a good amount of regens to provide competition, i dont want to go to 2025+ and have no competition because im the only one training regens >_< please give me some brief glimpse, im in 2016 and i see wasted talent everywhere

talk about other clubs trying to snatch my youngsters. they cant train their own prospects. lmfao. too bad i am a big team.
