Drogba is a great player if he suits your tactics but it looks as if your happy without him. Lampard is a v. gd player and I would play him above mikel however Matias is also a v gd player. Give Sinclair a try too he's one of the best players on my game. Mancienne is a gd backup but he will never make the first team IMO.

Chelsea have a few good youngesters so do teams like Aston Villa and Man City i was just wondering what is the best way to go about it as making youngsters develop and reach their potential. Is it down to tutoring them, playing them in your team, training, loaning out or something?
