Plenty of suggestions in the general Championship thread. You can find it by looking in the useful links thread at the top of the forum.

I'd suggest Southend's Peter Clarke or freebie Raymond Kalla. Both did very well for my Norwich.

Brian McLean from Motherwell and Steven Thicot from Nantes helped me gain promotion with The Hornets.

I would also suggest Adrian Ropotan as your DM. And ofcourse, Stancu and Torje.
