I believe you may have to wait until they get promoted into the Blue Square North/South.

Until then, you have a long wait.

Ah yes, they're in the NPL, which is one below the BlueSquare North.

So, if you have the BlueSquare North loaded up, there's a chance that eventually they'll get promoted at some point during the game.
