having started FM08 with leeds (trying to claw back that -15 points defecit) i have seen a whole laod of people complaining about the board not taking the points reduction into account and basically getting sacked even if you manage to do a pretty good job. soooo, i was thinking once that long-awaited patch is released, i am going to have a go at blue square south! i'm a little stuck on which team to be. i may visit frank, or just work out which team in the league is nearest to where i live.....i did used to play for wingate and finchley in the Ryman Premier but i don't think FM quite goes down that far.....
i just thought i would pass by and say Hi. some great threads in here so far. good luck to everyone and KUTGW |

Is this national convert to LLM week?
Welcome kleptomaniac newbie, ditch the Leeds save & then speak to Frank for your LLM future.
Good luck & may you not pocket everything that isn't nailed down.

| haha yes as soon as that patch is released, i'll be making my way down that league ladder. i have had a miserable attempt with Weymouth on FM07 but didnt give it my all....
My name is Lewis, so i might just take on LEWES as i have no other real way of picking a team. only because ive never met frank before and im not really a people person. lol
cheers for the feedback.

Thief meet Frank, Frank meet the thief (watch your poncho) www.proxymoron.org/llm/
unfortunately the link is for 07 as we're still waiting for update but most of the teams should be the same, just follow Frank's wisdom for your LLm path or you could just go for Lewes as your logic is about as good as any.

They burned a bunch of Protestants there way back in Happy Olde Tudor Times, but I've never heard anything about witches at all.
Besides, apart from a couple of places in Europe, witches weren't burned - that was the punishment for heresy, not witchcraft. Witches, as at the Salem trials, were mostly hanged.
These days, of course, mostly they just burn effigies, bits of wood and tourists who get stuck in town on Bonfire Night. |

The whole Lewis/Lewes thing is genius! I managed Leigh last year because it's a similar name to my missus too
Welcome aboard, don't feed the children, be nice, hail frank and read the header etc.

here I had an amazing comment for DT, however, the internet connection crashed, and now it would be redundant to post it after everyone else covered the major points... other than Leeds sucks! |

I seriously doubt that anyone going by the handle of "Da Thief" has what it takes to be a LLaMa.
