I assume that I'll get a card or something for this post, but I guess I'll take that when it comes.
The fact is that iajafer simply posted his last little say, then closed the thread, so now I want mine.
He claimed I had no idea of LLM, and was posting here to change the rules...it seems he is completely mistaken. I didnt want any rules changed, I stuck to the rules, as they were written. I was here because I am playing LLM as the rules state to play it. Maybe he needs the rules changed? So that I AM excluded? Because as they stand, I'm not. I haven't broken any.
You say thousands throw accusations around, I'll tell you why buddy. Its because you guys are too caught up in your own little elitest sub-community to realise that your whole theory is a contradiction. I love the LLM idea. And I'll continue to play my LLM game as I am. It IS LLM, and I have followed all the LLM rules with it. I'll enjoy it, because I think the way Im playing is really realistic. However, I dont need you to tell me that. Might seem ironic that Im posting here saying as much. But at the end of the day, the idea that this concept needs a forum at all is ironic. Isnt the idea to enjoy the game, and play it in the most realistic way possible?
Were you guys around when the concept was thought up? A few of you possibly, but I'm fairly sure not many of you had an awful lot to do with the creation of the concept. Im sure when the concept was created it was to make the game as fun and realistic as possible. Now, regardless of what you guys say, the LLMers at this board, seem to do whatever it is that makes the other LLMers here accept them. Yes, you have all denied that. But there is MUCH more evidence of that here, then there is of me breaking any LLM rules.
I have no interest in playing to LLM ethics iajafer? That's why I'm playing the game 100% original, only scouting for players with my scouts, only getting staff that I sign up through advertising, playing with as low a club as possible, not reading up on any tactics or players...As far as I know, THAT is following LLM rules. Not helping someone else, in his game, do something in the editor (which I might add was without opening the editor myself, or mentioning any names of players, clubs or anything similar that may tip me off).
You little sub-community is a contradiction, because you don't follow the rules to make your game realistic. If you do, how have I broken these rules?
Scottn72, Im sure people do come and go. At the moment, aren't I coming? I may one day go.. This is all I have said. That one day I may play an edited game again. That is being honest, not breaking LLM rules.
A few of you have said that I dont get it. I think the problem is, I get 100% what LLM is meant to be about. Somebody tell me, that LLM is NOT meant to be about playing the game in the most realistic, and therefore challenging, and fun, way possible? Now tell me how anything I have done is against that statement?
I do get it 100%. I think the issue is, you guys arent reading what I've said, or you're too busy reassuring yourself that I'm wrong, dont understand the concept, or am just here to cause trouble. Im an admin at the BIGGEST non-affiliated SoccerGaming Forum on the web. I dont post in these places to cause trouble. I posted because I thought you people were going to be like-minded (obviously not in all areas), but atleast in the sense that playing LLM is the most fun and realistic way. I didnt think that I'd have my post history checked, a post in the editor forum found, then blown way out of proportion. A post that had nothing to do with me using the editor myself, but merely having an understanding of the editor. And I can 100% assure you that loads of guys in the LLM forum would have been able to answer the question that I did.
iajafer: Could you PLEASE show me where Ive thrown around accusations. To me it seems much more like the accusations have been thrown towards me?
Now, I challenge you, don't just close this thread (although Im sure saying that will basically ensure it is closed), but answer me this: What have I dont against an LLM rule? I know saying that in the future, getting tired of playing the game as it is, isn't against the rules. That is life. If people didn't get tired of things, why aren't we all still in our original CM game?
I think the reason you guys closed the thread, and continue to ignore these questions is because you simply dont have the answers. You are accusing me, because everyone else is. Otherwise, someone stand up and say what I have done against the rules.
That's my piece. Unless someone says something that I have clearly refuted (seems to be the best way of denying you're wrong, just ignore what I write) in which case I'll post my rebuttal against that point again.
As I've said, Im an Admin at some big forums, and I know mods are usually a reasonabley tight knit group. So I cant imagine being given a fair hearing. Why bother, when you can easily just silence the person, delete the post or whatever. But that'll do more to prove my points than anything else.

the thread was closed because none of us were contributing anything productive and trying to explain to you why your post was not LLM, we were just barking at you. Many people come here without reading the Forum guidelines and ask for tips, name names, etc...
However, you are wrong if you think that your first posting was within LLM guidelines (and therefore, if you think you follow the LLM way). As the mods have stated before, you can play the game whichever way you want it, but don't come here saying you are llming with a non-llm team, stating names and not even finishing three seasons before starting a thread...
Because of these reasons we got on your case. Because we got on your case without explaining things to you, Ian closed the thread.
do you get it now? Go play the game whichever way you want, if you think you follow the guidelines and respect this forum, we will welcome you back. no drama required.

Again, I agree on everything, except that I did not:
Use a non LLM team (My first and only game since the beta was released has been H&R)
I didnt state names
And I didnt give updates.
So all three of your points were rules that I apparently broke, were things I didn't do.
However, thanks for the reasoning behind the thread being closed. It would be much more polite if the mods did this themself, but hey.

Brian, Im disappointed. Basically, because at the start of the last thread, you were one of the guys that made sense, and answered my questions. I DID read/listen, believe it or not. However, I still firmly believe what I am doing, is firmly within LLM guidelines.
