Well, I now have my copy of FM08, it's installed and I'm just starting a new game.

Typically, my team is one of those with no scout. And I have a very small squad (of mostly rubbish players) to start with.

I've also decided to try the game not using real player names - should keep things interesting, especially as all the players have facegen pictures. Some of them I've seen are pretty hilarious!

Yeh ok we all get a little anxious and wanna kno when the games are being released but guys... we gotta give SI a chance to do all the rlevent testing, how happy would you all be if it was out a month earlier and there was a major bug that no-one realised n it played havoc with ur comp, you wouldnt would you....? So let the god-damn makers of the game decide the release date and everythin cos if it was up 2 us we would be complainin to SI for problems in one sense we created ourselves!!!!
