The title says it all. Since moving to a new club in Italy, the scout employed at my club has found no players in a month. In comparison to my scout in Scotland who found about 50 in a month.
This wouldn't be a problem, except the squad I inherited has only three players and it's 15 days until the league kicks off. Abiding by true LLM spirit and ethics what shall I do?
Sign all the 'greys'?
P.S I signed another scout through Job Center and he isn't finding anyone as well.
It could be a bug; although in my game it took the scout two months before he started doing his job... maybe, just maybe scouts are lazy in Italy? During the third month, he has scouted about five players, so I am excited about having a scout.

My scout in Finaland always comes back after 2-3 days after I send him away.
Just searched through the FM 08' bugs forum, just through a few pages of threads, couldn't find anything relevant to scouts. Hmm.. strange, as I said in Scotland my scouts were nothing but prompt.
1) Scouts from efficient countries will do their jobs in a few days. E.g. Giziar's Finns
2) Scouts from poofish areas will pretend to be very efficient, but forget their job and neglect quality for quantity's sake.
3) Scouts in lazy-a**e countries will just delay their duties until they return from their summer vacation -which happens to fall on August. After that, they are fine.
Thus, in two-thirds of the above situations, scouts go against the wishes and objectives of the team. We can conclude, that scouts in LL's suck.
