Think yourself lucky youve got a scout. It took me until February before somebody finally replied to my advert for a scout.

I agree with Sancho's general consensus-Scouts suck. However, surely, scouts sucking is realistic in LLM football  | |

actually, that would be a terrible idea, with all the facegen thingys going on... imagine just the abomination of a scout you would have.... not cool.

Oh God--Now you know how I'm feeling. I dunno when the transfer Window is but it's two days before my first game and i'm without a first eleven.

My scout (I hired one through the staff search screen in my new save, screw the broken Job Center) began his search on the 25th of June. He returned his first results (3 players, woohoo) 2 days before the transfer deadline, which is on the 1st of September...
In the two weeks after the deadline passed, he returned 70 player names.
This game is just taunting me  | |

The AI faces the same problems I just met a newly promoted team, and they only had a youth squad. I bet his scout is lazy ass too | |

You forgot;
4) The Polish, who have an extensive knowledge of pretty much everywhere on the planet due to the fact their relatives are there. My scouts in Poland seem to be doing well whereever I send them, only downer is they never come back. Have one thats been away scouting for over a yar now.
