Playing as a certain Conf. South team, it seems that almost all my newgen youngsters-even in the first couple of weeks- have 'The potential to be a leading Conf. South/ Decent Conf Nat/ or even Decent League 2 player' Why do you think this is, am I just lucky?

Yeah, there has to be a bug with the lower-level scout reports. I'm yet to scout a player and receive less than 6 stars for him. I mean, I accept that scouts can be wrong due to low stats, but surely they aren't idiotic enough to think that every uncoordinated 15 year old they see must be signed at all costs.
