Which has to do with the fact that there is still a lot of standing capacity in Germany with very cheap tickets. Ticket prices are less epensive than in other countries except for maybe the best seats on the grand stand.

You can get a place for a Bayern Bundesliga-Match for 12 Euro (about 8 quid). I paid more for a Scottish Third Division game.

Nobody is talking about rubbish, I believe. But traditionally, the German league has never been ranked behind the Romanian one. It's a tendency, and this season's CL results are further proof that the teams aren't up to par anymore.

So far I don't see how the future of Milan/Juventus/etc. is at risk. I also believe that personal preferences are a bad argument reharding the validity of parent/feeder structures.

So, to sum up:

The parent/feeder thing is illegal* in Scotland, England, Germany as far as we know? What is the deal in Italy and Spain, does anyone know?

*I think it is only illegal to have parent/feeder relationships with clubs from your own nation in these countries. Correct?

Real Madrid have very close ties with Getafe, don't know if it is official though.

Legal and quite used in Portugal, and I think in Spain too.

It would be nice to compile all of this - make a list of which countries allow it and which don't. Probably quite tough to find info about some nations though. I think I'll look into it during my lunch break.

Both Connah's Quay and Colwyn Bay are in Wales, however Colwyn Bay play in the English league system, Northern Premier League First Division South if memory serves me correctly.
