The job center is working well now! I got actual responses before the end of the transfer window! (My scout thinks assign = holiday however)

Quick question.
I have been offered a player I can scout from another club. It is ok to sign him one scouted right? (The player is from my leagues).
I'm having fun in Croatia thus far.
