northwich victoria, 4th season, league 2...rock bottom
ok so i started a game unemployed cos i like to work my way up and earn any top jobs. The first job i got was at northwich victoria in the blue square premier. Expectations weren't too high and i finished mid-table the first 2 seasons while gradually improving the squad.
3rd season i hit some proper form, especially towards the end and exceeded predictions by coming 2nd by 2 points and then winning the play-offs to get promoted.
Now im struggling big time. My players seem at least average compared to other teams in the league in terms of attributes and ive been using the same tactics that were successful last season, but i just cant get anything. 1 points from 8 games, and on the receiving end of a few thrashings and i dont know what to do to improve.
