retired_cacuna Newb Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	There are a number of 'unlockables' in the game which allow some customisation of how things work if you achieve certain things (for instance if you make a huge profit on the transfer front then you'll recieve the option to disable transfer windows).
