You don't have to be in a specific country. Some players have accents in their names. Who are you looking for?

ok im lookin for strikers who can scoren plenty of goals but for cheap as ive been giving onli 2.1m to spend and a good right winger which is also cheap

Giovanni Torre & Daniel Sturridge can be picked up quite cheaply at beginning of the game.

You could also check out who's listed for loan.

Also bear in mind that often you might have a filter set that only 'interested' players will appear on your list - these players unfortunately might not be interested in joining your club currently.
