Hi,

I am really enjoying the game but I have had two crashes wilst playing the game. Whilst watching a game the game has locked up. The latest happened when moving from game to detailed tactics from the sections window. I selected detailed tactics, and when the ball when out of play , the screen changed but locked up. Also one question I have it says in the manual you can get a coach report from the player info screen, you can get a physio report but I cannot see the coach report, is this missing ?

The Coach report is in the Training Overview screen. To get to it select a player and then bring up the RB menu. Go to the Training option and the select the Overview option. There is a small coach report on this screen.

I'm not sure exactly how the scout AI works, but I'll offer probable reasons. The scout ratings could be a factor, as could the hidden current and potential ability stats of players (only visible in the PC editor of the game).

These seem to be the most influential stats as they judge exactly how good the player is overall and how good he can be, so it could be that your scout can see potential or not and is making a jugement purely on that.

Though I'd assume a more logical reason is that your scout rating isn't high enough or you have a good, established players/backup in that position already.

Based on the pc version, never trust what the scouts says, I only use them to reveal the players stats, then I make my decision then.

I have in the 360 version a player whose stats were excellent, had my scouts watch him and they came back saying not good enough for my team. I sign the player and in the contract screen the assistant manager says recomends xxxx amount as this player has considerable talent for his age and would be a first team player.

I answered on the technical aspect of it, though I agree with what Mr. Hornet says, to be honest I don't look at scouts much myself either.

I use them to do youth searches mostly (I never play with attribute masking though, which eliminates some of the point of them admittedly ), and even then I decide from my own judgements of their stats as to whether to buy them or not.

I've had the 'assistant manager says this player sucks' kind of answers in contract negotiations with what I deemed to be good players too.

So they're good for some intel. gathering and for finding some OK youth players, but I would use your own judgement over theirs to be honest.

Right, not sure it this'll this'll sort yer AM problem ou but it's the only thing Ican think of:

Go to your team's screen (ie. LB - <your team name&gt then hit LB and scroll down to Manager, then select Options. Now make sure your AM is controlling both teams. It may be a longshot like I say.

The second question I can answer though. Make sure you've viewed one of the comparable player's profile, then find the other player you want to compare with (via shortlist, team/player search or whatever) then with his profile on the screen, hit RB then select in order Actions - Misc - Compare With, and select the other player from the list of your viewed player profiles that'll pop up.
