I use England - all leagues (Conf N/S and above)
Italy top league, Spain top league, France to[p League and Germany top league.

I only usually play in England but due to the achievements requiring foreign management I thought I'd better have a few other leagues on the go.

I play:

England - Conference up

Spain - La liga only (sometimes Div2)

Brazil - Division 2 and up (added division 3 this year though )

Start in Brazil as Sport Recife every year but also have a liverpool game going as well jst to get to grips with the game better

holland - top
italy - top
portugal - top
scotland - top
spain - top
turkey - top

then at the end of the first season i can create 2 saves, 1 for the 5 seperate leagues, and 1 for the 20 years at one club

I play England - League Two up
Italy - Serie A
Germany - Bundesliga
Spain - Primera
Dutch - Eredivision (I think that's what it's called)
France - First Divison
Scotland - Premier

I find I never really manage outside the top flight anywhere other than England so gives me the best chance of moving on and getting those win multiple cup achievements.

Runs the game faster with lesser leagues (for example only the 6 english leagues)? Or is there no argument for choosing not the whole 10 leagues which are possible?

The game runs slightly faster the less leagues you have yes. That's why I only ever use the 6 English leagues, as I only pick what leagues I plan on managing in.
Though to be honest I don't think there's a humoungous difference between 6 leagues and 10, I just feel better knowing running those 6.
