I'm pretty sure it has to be in the same "career" so starting with a new manager wouldn't work.

yeh, got to be within the same session, and also with the same manager, so you and your m8 winning different seasons doesnt work.. so this isnt gonna be the easiest i dont think... i also think you need to wait for someone to get sacked before you can get the job, so thats gonna take a while

not sure on the 5 different cups though.. pretty sure that you can do that on seperate games. as i won 3 cups and the league with chelsea and got the 5 cups achievement.. maybe i was just lucky
