Contract Problems 
, havent experienced this yet, the only way your gonna get a work permit for his is gonna be by playing him in 75% of games i think is the rule, or 25% of internationals, also depending on situations, you can sell him, he'll get a work permit, then buy him back.. or depending on how long you've had him, and what leagues you play.. he becomes second nationality (if british) after 4 years possibly 5, if anyone can correct me feel free
