OK I was wrong, the five top leagues achievement works across different games. As long as you keep the same gamertag it doesn't matter how many games you play as long as you win 5 different top leagues.

Ter one question. If I holliday the game for 30 seasons will I get that achivement? For 30 season in fm?? Would love to know before I spent ages running my 360 for that one. Gotta get all achivements

probably, but in all seriousness.. you'll be quicker playing 30 seasons that simulating them, or play 20 at 1 team, then simulate the last 10
