OK, with me being scottish, my knowledge of the conference and such is poor. all my games on the 360 version so far have been as rangers.

i want to start a game in the regional conference. preferably with a team where i have a good chance of promotion first season if i do well at my job.

can any of you suggest a team?

I would say Weymouth from the confrence south - they have a good squad (and a few players which used to play in higher leagues)

Have a good chance of promtion too

I agree with Weymouth.. And they the only pro team in the conf-south which is a HUGE advantage

Ive played quite a few conference south games and Weymouth always finish at least 10 points ahead of everyone(incluing me).
