The PC and Xbox 360 versions are the same 'game'. What you like and dislike about the game will apply in both versions as they're using the same code base.

We're always working on the game and looking to improve things like the Match Engine. I would advise browsing through the various forums (such as the Tactics & Training one) to look for helpful hints and tips. It may help you understand various areas of the game in more detail.

does that not happen in real life,the so called smaller team dominating play for most of the game only to get beat by the sucker punch right at the end of the match wigan against chelsea this season springs to mind.The big game players always stay focused for the entire game.

I woudnt be so annoyed if it happened against big teams but the AI is so unrealistic that normally i can manage to scrape a decent result against good teams but I dominate the small teams only to see their goalkeepers with poor stats perform miracles week after week. Too many people are saying this happens in real football but I just wanna say that this is a feature that should be used in moderation as only on rare occasions does this happen in real life football!

Poor manager?I dont think so! Been playing these games for many years and I have never had as many problems beating the oppostion even though I had a stronger team! I cannot believe that you have honestly not experienced the supergoalkeeper or opponents scoring the equalising goal 1 minute after you have scored! I know that the strikers are good enough because I always filter to search for the best that is available! People here who say they have not experienced this must only play with the big teams such as Chelsea! "Poor manager" Ha!

Supergoalies are a myth.

A goalkeeper dives, so you see him move quickly across the pitch (screen).

Your shots may be from too far out, shots under immense pressure from the defence, or just poor due to the players skill/molale/form/training/age.

I have never had a problem and I've played for over 300 hours on the PC version and approx. 50 on the 360 version. So there.

I have only put long shots on players have have good ability in that area and that is only about 2 of my players! What team do you play as? Surely it is not my game only that has this problem!

i play as chelsea & rangers.. and apart from the odd match, have no problem scoring goals

I dont know about Rangers but as they are a big team in their league I would expect you not to have too many problems! I have played as Chelsea and it was much easier but I have also played with smaller mid table premiership teams & I have signed quality players yet I struggle to score against opposition GK and I struggle all the time against weaker teams!
