i have scottish,english, italian,spanish, holland and germany high leagues running

i have scouted all over africa,america and most of europe but none of those leagues are running= scouts find noone

Scandanavia....scouts find noone


now is there any point in sending your scouts to countries that you havent made the league run? how will they know how good they are?

Hope the countries have a few friendlies or a cup and hope that one guy scored a hat trick throught luck?

My guy found 6 in scandinavia with no leagues running there. I like asking players in u21 squads if they can recommend international teammates.

Occasionally you'll find a good player from those countries (out of Europe and S.America). There is no point if you cannot afford it.

You should only try to scout Europe (all parts) and S.America, not just the running leagues since you'll miss quite a lot of good players and staffs. Your staff knowledge (when you try to look up for some) will also be broaden even if you can't find players.

Once again, those are usually in the 2 continents.

You should be able to find players in areas that you don't have any leagues being run. Just realize the players you do usually have a very high reputation level only.
