After taking over crystal palace in december 2009 when they were in the last relegation spot, i had the long term objective of:
"The board wants the team to be a major player in the Coca-Cola Championship by the end of the three year plan" (start date 11.11.2009)

I assumed this means get into the promotion playoff spots.

My Championship Expectations were:
"The minimum expectation is that the team achieved a respectable league position within the C-C Championship this season".

At season end, i had taken Crystal Palace to finish seventh place, and just one point outside the playoff spots.

My Championship Current Performance stated:
"The board are delighted that the team achieved a respectable league position within the C-C Championship this season."

However, my long term expectations now state:
"The board are concerned that the team weren't competitive in the C-C Championship last season. They have strongly urged you to start progressing towards the long-term targets set."

The board are also disappointed in my FA Cup and League Cup performances, despite my not being involved in either of them.

Thus now, despite my fans being delighted with my signings, and pleased with my team form and player form, the board thinks i should be performing better.

How does this make sense?

you arent the only one with such problems mate. almost everyone has been complaining about this thing. should be fixed in the next patch

with wigan, the board wanted me to fight valiantly against relegation. they wanted to be established in the prem in 2-3 years.

well we were relegated, yet the board was happy (in the green) that we fought valiantly against relegation, and was on course to fulfilling long term goals!
