If I left my full time team talk in the hands of my AssMan my players would be refusing to play by now. If I win 2-0, 3-0, 2-1, etc etc he suggests that we tell them to play like this every week, even better when we win 1-0 away from home, he suggests "Dissapointing" how good is that for building morale!!

Has anyone had a positive long term after always taking there AssMans advice after every match??

actually those 2 team talks work is part man management

monitor all that you AssMan says to the team.

After the patch the AssMan have been harsh and do not give credit to the team.

I monitor the team talks he gives and change them accordingly.
