Just a thought. Saw somebody else mention it in a thread earlier down.
Would people be in favour of this? Tweaks to the match engine or what not being released every few weeks or so, instead of making us wait about 3 months so they can implement a load of other fixes.

I think it would be a great idea. The download size wouldn't be that big, tweaks could be made based on more frequent user feedback...

SI did it before and got the exact same amount of stick and people saying they should do fewer patches.

That's interesting to hear. What was wrong with them/what didn't people like?

"Rushed"?

No, people are never happy. It's as simple as that.

If SI do one thing there's enough people here who make enough noise about how they should do it another way instead.

"You can't please everybody all of the time..."

I'm still of the opinion though, that if "confirmed" bugs or issues are apparent and substanciated AND SI have already developed a fix, why not release it?

Just my thoughts...

I guess people would probably get annoyed at having to come back every few weeks and keep downloading a new patch.

FM05 had numerous patches and the board was alight with 'should I start a new game' threads.

It creates as many complaints as it fixes tbh.

Since people feel they will have to start a new game after each patch I think many small patches would be very unpopular.
