Default How can I have more scouts???
My club is now rich with 50mil balance 5 seasons into the game and they recommend 4 scouts and I have 5 and they dont allow another one even if he asks for 300 euro per week..Stupid really..

Is there some trick or editor that I can sign more scouts?

Sometime you can go over the limit, like you have done, but its i think also down to the club reputation aswell not just the finances.

Hercules..
Started as relegation candidate is second spanish devision and last season ended in 7th place in la liga...and have way more money and reputation but the limit stays the same

There's not much you can do, except offer scout contracts to your retiring players, if and when they're interested.

Used to work on FM07, haven't got to that point on 08

My oldest player is 25
So you think it could work that I sign old players and wait for them to retire?
I have never had a player retire in my club so I dont know how that would work
