my staffs r leaving because the limit on how much i can offer to my staff per week is too low..

i have 250 million pounds in the bank and for example the max i can offer my assistant is 11250 pounds while other AI clubs can offer much higher

i thought as a club's finance state gets healther the limits would get higher?

Similar problem in Northern Ireland for me with semi-pro Glebe side.

Everybody else's on full-time contracts, but I can't get my scouts on anything else than part-time, which I'm figuring is the reason I'm still semi-pro, instead of 'pro'.

No problem with money. Can offer a key player near £1k per week, but only 30 pounds to a scout.

i tried to offer a continenetal coach an ass man position for 10k but could only offer 5k.

but yet i can offer another continental coach 8.5k.

not sure why.

ya i just wanna renew contracts with my staff but no they r just keep on leaving complaining that the contract offer is too low..

another bug perhaps?

coz i think i can offer bigger player contracts now but just now the staff..

The issue regarding staff leaving because the board won't up their contract maximums is a known issue and is under review.
