Default Pitch sizes

I'm sorry, but where can I find tips and tactics concerning pitch sizes? Thanks.

Do pitch sizes even matter? In my game, every pitch is short. Old Trafford, Emirates, Wembley, Nou Camp, doesn't matter where I play, I always get the same message about congestion in the middle of the park. Kind of makes me ignore the whole matter altogether.

Well so far I got good results everytime I got that message. I thought there might be different tips and tactics for playing in different pitch sizes.

I would say

Slower tempo/shorter passing works better on bigger pitches as it will tire out the opponents more.

Long ball requires a longer pitch pitch

Playing with wingers or a wide formation needs a wide pitch, a narrow pitch gives them little room to go past someone.

Pitch size does matter with your passing style. Direct ball with "run to ball" passing is excellent for large pitch, a lot of space for wingers to collect ball there. Small pitch is easier to play short ball.

For European teams, the regulation usually sets the max and min limit which aren't any bigger/smaller than the others.
I think Brazilian teams have fairly large pitch. Since most of the people just manage European leagues anyway, so it doesn't seem to matter much.

Pitch sizes in England are all pretty much the same give or take. I think it was a feature that was bigged up but in reality there are strict rules governing the max and minimums that a pitch can be and so there is very little variations.

Not sure on the rest of the world though.
