I have been playing as Leeds and i got back to back promotions. First season in bpl was decent finished 11th. 2nd season in bpl was good too, finishing 6th qualifying for euro cup. Way beyond the expectations of the board.

Then around 15 games into the 3rd season, there was a board takeover. The next thing i know im sacked! (I was 2nd in the league and still in all the cups at that time.) They decided to change the manager to lead them forward! WTF?
I'm really fed up as i invested a lot of time in to my squad with an average age of only 23. Everything else is great, finances, fans support etc.

At one point half of my squad were wonderkids(torje, yessu cabrera, lucas trecharichi, saunier, abenzoar, jose baxter). And i've just signed kerlon who is pure class partnering with marco ruben. 30 goals in 20 games between them.

Anyway is this a bug? i tried reapplying for the job but didnt succeed as expected. Has any experienced this???

It is not a bug. A new board will put their own manager in charge more often than not.

Not if the manager is succesfull, they won't, look at Man Utd and Liverpool. This is maybe not a bug, but it does happen to often with succesfull managers in this game.

It could be just luck of the game. People get sacked even though they are be good managers or have done well for the club - look at Tottenham.
