...or do I have to start again? Something I really don't want to do as I'm enjoying my current save.

Bug fixes will affect your game, but database changes wont.

btw theres been so many topics about the patch some say it's good others say the complete opposite, so basically I just wanna know if it's worth me wating 2 hours for the patch to download?
