Before people shoot me down for jumping on the bandwagon etc I have played 2 seperate game and played 1 1/2 seasons of each game. These are opinions based on experience.

<LI> Confidence feature is a shambles. For example games are totally over reacted to and get mentioned for months. Confidence on the players I buy is a joke. For bayern munich & Ac Milan I brought in about 5 16 year old kids with great potential and who done ok when called upon in the 1st team yet the fans slate them and its always mentioned in my board confidence. A possible idea is they sould only comment on my big money buys??
<LI>Far too many shots in 90% of games, my teams probably average about 25 shots a game alone. now I cant remember the exact stats but on average is the ball not only in play for about 50-60 mins. Now my team alone are having an attemt every 2 mins according to that.
<LI>There seemed to be anwful lot of deflected goals both for and against myself.
<LI>Still seems to be alot of of disallowed goals although this has been improved greatly.
<LI> seems to be very hard to buy anybody half decent.
<LI>young players values dont seem to be right. As mentioned earlier I had 16 year olds who played well over the course of a season yet they are only worth 300k. As we all know in real life if a young player has a good game or two he is the next pele.
<LI> With bayern especially I would win 5-0 in one game then I would go and lose 6-0 in the next and this was frequent.
Outwith these issues I have still enjoyed the game but I feel the major flaws are obvious to almost anyone.
In my opinion there are too many features implemented half hearted that dont add anything to the game but are obviously done as a selling point. The ones I feel that fall into this category are the 2d match engine, confidence, media interaction
I didnt actually mention the shots to goals ratio because I feel that it has been discussed to death. My point was that the total amount of shots on goal in my games is around 40 which in my opinion is crazy. Sure you get the odd game like this but with not most weeks.
With young players I personally feel that after a few games they suddenly worth a fortune. Rooney, Walcott, Bale etc My coach tells me the defender will be better than nesta so he isnt exactly a run of the mill youngster.
My view on the 2d engine may just be personal but i have played the series since cm2 and have never taken to it. I feel there is too much repetition with it but if other people like it then great as I can and do turn it off.
I dont change my tactics so im not going to kid on that i do, but I have a world class defence and dont play a very attacking formation.
I'm making database with lowered CA and attributes, for the best players in the world (CA+ 150).
I believe this "big score matches" have to do with these players beeing over-rated, also. in my game rooney scored 15 goals in 14 premiership matches and it ****ed me off so much, I had to do it

I have nothing against rooney, he is one of the best for me, but his goal scoring attributes are way overrated.
