After carefully building up two squads, one full of players I wish to use in the current season, and one full of up and coming stars (without cheating I might add!) I am disappointed that these stars of the future arent playing regularly enough at a high enough level.
But for some reason, my board wont let me add feeder clubs despite me sacking a few of the ones I already had - so how do I get my youngsters playing regular football? Ive tried offering them to clubs as loans, but no one is taking the bait. And these are talented youngsters - Alex, Giles Barnes, Miles Addison, Barkroth, Matt Richards etc.
How can I either get more feeder clubs, or get other teams to loan my players off me!??
Do you have feeder clubs, if so, send him there.
Feeder clubs can be obtained twice a year; go to boardroom and ask for one or affiliated clubs page and ask for one, twice a year only.
If not, just try to set up reserve friendly games regularly so he gets chance to play. Although it's not first team experience, he'd still get to play and enjoy your training facility.
Have your young up and coming players played for you, or are you trying to loan them out as soon as you've signed them?
Put a few of them on the bench.
If they can det 10-15 appearances a season (including subs), then I find they are muc more attractive for other teams to loan, the year after.
I also find it's common for teams in your area to want to loan (for example, I had players going to Preston and Liverpool when I was at Man City, and to QPR when I was at Brentford). Not sure if this is design or just coincidence, but it may be having an effect, depending on who you are.

What are your finances like? What reason did the board give for not allowing you more feeder clubs? Perhaps they are not keen on getting you another feeder because you cancelled some of the previous arrangements.
