how come in screen shots of the game in this forum english premiership clubs have official club badges and strips,when in the game its self they dont???

We can only provide logos of teams/leagues we have a license for.

The screenshots you are seeing are probably from people's own games where they have created this stuff themselves.

No, a lot of licenses are "exclusive" these days so only one company are able to use it.
