I have a problem I can't solve myself. I like to make manga (means only the sketch lines from ex. a paperdrawing) out of a real picture.
I have tried do some High Pass, Desaturate, Brightness/Contrast but non of them seems to get close to my target.
I need some serious help to this so if anyone knows where there is a guide or they can guide me through it plz make a reply or contact me on my MSN: -----------------

Btw, it doesn't serve the board if we solve our problems in private.
If you want it to be GOOD... you'll have to redraw it. If you want it to be sorta kinda passable you could try a combination of the "cutout" filter and making a grayscale version on a layer and doing something like "find edges" filter on it then use blending modes to combine them.
There isn't a "make into awesome anime guy" filter, so it will require lots of work and probably not a little bit of hand painting.
The skin tone is a little... odd... and there is a weird highlight on the pants leg that makes it look like it's shiny. I don't know if that was your intent.
Otherwise, looks like you've definitely got a cartoon look going for you there. Don't know if it's "manga", but it's certainly cartoon style and seems pretty clean.
Please attach images using the board's attachment feature (max 700pixels wide/heigh, 100kb for each attachment, max 3 attachments), like I have done for you this time.
