Hi! can someone assist me in this issue? i designed card in psd, 3.5x2 and cymk
my issue is that can someone view the card and let me know if the card will be printable correctly???

I have / and am trying to send file for the 3rd time. \:/

Your guess is as good as ours. Without talking to the printshop that will be doing the printing, and knowing their specific requirements, it's impossible to do anything but guess about how it will turn out. I can say that Photoshop probably isn't the best place to design a card that is going to be offset printed and if you're planning on printing at home say on an inkjet printer (which is actually what I do since I rarely need more than 20-30 cards handy at once), then you won't want to design anything in CMYK.

So... more information is needed all around. Can't help you with the upload issue, sorry.

The forum software will always tell you what's wrong when you can't upload a file. What's the error message?
