I am having trouble to make my butt look bigger. I crop the area on the image, when I go to filters a box appears saying this tool cannot be used because no area has been selected. Do I crop, or copy and paste? Can you help me. thanks

Dude i think after cropping the image you should deselect the image,if you are using the liquify filter,then select the image area where u want to make bigger butt...then use the filter.

Eat more fried foods and processed sugar. Worked for me.

because the layer your on is empty. thats all it meens... just select the layer then copy then paster
