Hi guys,

I?ve decided to hand over Photoshopgurus to anyone who is interested (for a small fee). The reason is that I?m the process of starting a business so I will have less spare time than I already had (which wasn?t a whole lot) to maintain/promote the site.
I?ve also reached a point that I can?t push myself enough to get the forum going with new challenges, competitions, tips/tricks and stuff like that. You have to understand that I posted about 6,000 times on this forum during the last 5 years, not to mention the thousands of times on other related forums and I?ve honestly reached a point that it feels to me right now like I?m watching the same movie over and over again. Just to put it in plain English; the excitement is gone and with my future plains I think it?s wise to move on and let someone else with more positive energy run the place.

Note: Like I told Mark (the previous owner); Photoshopgurus will not close, even if nobody is interested to take over. It doesn?t cost me anything extra to keep it hosted, so it will continue to exist. I will also continue to promote the site in a few key areas, with the purpose to keep the traffic going, however no new developments will take place.

Ok guys, since only 2 were interested in the past two buy Photoshopgurus, I'm going to increase my efforts.
Those who are still interested need to reply within the next few weeks. If nobody shows interest, I will take the site and sell it using a third party, which will guarantee that it WILL get a new owner very soon. Do understand that the sales price will be higher once I use a third party.

So what does the buyer get?

The buyer gets the complete site, the design and the content. He will get all rights for the tutorials, he will get the complete forum, sources for the tutorials and web site.

He will also get the tutorial thumbnails that are needed to submit the site to multiple tutorial sites, which will most definitely increase traffic even more.

So how is traffic doing? Rather good I might say. When I took over the site from the previous owner we had an average of 400 visitors per day and we were ranked somewhere near spot number 48 in Google. We are now, with the forum that is, ranked #4, the traffic is increase from 400 to 1,400. When I took over we had 2,500 people coming to the site by using the Google, this number is now increased to 10,000.



So the site is healthy, it?s just that few seem to be interested to post on the forum and it?s up to the new owner to change this.

That?s it folks, I just want to speed things up now that the site is still healthy.
