I superimposed his image over yours and clearly see important similarities. In my opinion that is basically your design, that is of course if you based it on your imagination only and nothing else. But when I start to do some research I'm getting confused Ronmatt.

So what or who are you going after now?

Now lets assume it's your design (which I think it is) and you can prove in court that it's yours, then are we going to congratulate you with a nice sum transferred to your bank account one day, because that's have far you could take this! Or is it not worth the hassle or risk after consulting a lawyer telling you that you will have a hard to time to prove it in court, yet still something to be proud of, knowing that someone actually made a bike based on your original design?

I removed the original post. after some thought, it was based on something I'd seen. So it's not entirely my effort, just my illustration.
