...and am looking for some set-up help.

I am on an iMac G4 running 10.3.9.
My tablet is the 4x6..

I have been able to set some of the buttons for what I THINK I need, (at this time),
but need direction for some others I have heard one can do.

I have one set to open PS7; one set to the 'pop-up' window. Now I would like to get some set up
for things like making a duplicate BG; one for a Layer mask, etc. But these have NO corresponding
keystrokes to add them, just the drop down menu.

If ANYONE knows these or where I might find HOW to do this_I would be MOST appreciative.

Also, ANY tips/tricks would be likewise appreciated!

Hi. You can assign keystrokes to each individual expresskey by selecting keystroke... in the pulldown menu (see attachment, a screenshot of my Wacom properties on a PC).

You can use Trevor Morris' very useful keyboard shortcut list for Photoshop CS2: http://user.fundy.net/morris/downloa..._Shortcuts.pdf

Just remember:

Ctrl on Windows is Command key on a Mac
Alt on Windows is Option key on a Mac

Now if a certain thing is not covered by a shortcut, then simply make an action for it and assign it some shortcut you never use, like Command+Option+Shift+F4 and assign that same shortcut to an expresskey on your tablet.

Yes, I think that pdf will come in handy.

Now let me get this straight:

If no shortcut...go into actions, press record and then do the task, stop the recording?

Then give it the lesser used expresskey_wow, that sounds easy enough_

Yes, it shouldn't be too difficult. I'm not a regular action user myself but still find it easy to setup new actions.
