any help is appreciated,

If i am correct I believe photoshop has a collage feature that helps me create and image like the attached film. as you can see an image is created from juxtaposing different images to resemble it. if photoshop doesnt have this feature then what program does?

There is no attached picture.

Is it a filmstrip?
