No, but there is no reason for it, because it would make the result look bad. Just imagine the shape without the anti-alias (that?s what it actually is) at 100%, not to mention 1600%.
Now for a square it makes sense to have an option like snap to pixels. Personally I don?t understand why Photoshop allows having transformations that are not rounded to a single pixel, maybe some day I?ll find the answer.
You have to understand one thing about Photoshop's vectors; they're not "real" vectors. True vector programs like Illustrator don't have that edge problem as shown in my attachment. Photoshop's "vectors" can be useful, but they have many limitations because of the pixel based nature. If someone is serious about working with vectors then Photoshop is simply not the right choice. Even drawing a simple vector based line in Photoshop is cumbersome, not to mention that the result is non-editable.
You really notice the limitations of Photoshop?s vectors when you want to resize a completely vector based image.
