Default Transform / Resize an Object

is it possible to Transform / Resize an Object without using "Ctrl+T"
also is there any way to make INFO Panel editable for Width, Height, X, Y axis of the selected object on canvas,,,,, means if u just select an object on canvas and then without using "Ctrl+T" u can set its Height, Width, X, Y-axis

thanks

Welcome artifmas.? ?

No, you can't use the info palette to change values. There is also no need for it, because it's since Photoshop 6 I believe that you can enter the values in the option bar (see attachment) at the top of your screen.

Which version of Photoshop are you using?
